Return Policy

Bear offers a 120-night mattress trial with a limited lifetime warranty. You may request a return of your mattress within 120 nights from the delivery date of your mattress. We require a minimum trial of 30 nights before a return can be initiated. Your return time frame begins based on the delivery confirmation date.

Only one return of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only (even if you purchase a different mattress the second time). You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress. In order to receive a refund, the mattress must be removed from your home by an authorized party of Bear Mattress (Brooklyn Bedding LLC) and confirmed by Bear Mattress (Brooklyn Bedding LLC). Any costs associated with the mattress being picked up for a return are covered by Bear Mattress (Brooklyn Bedding LLC).

Bear will issue a full refund for the cost of the mattress to the original form of payment.

Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be granted after 120 nights.

Exchange Policy

You have 120 nights to exchange your mattress from the date of delivery. Only one return or exchange of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address.

If you would like to exchange your mattress for a new model or different feel, you must do so within the 120-night trial. Your new, exchanged mattress is not eligible for a return, refund, or trial period. Any costs associated with the mattress being picked up for an exchange are covered by Bear Mattress (Brooklyn Bedding LLC).
